'Curious Objects' and 'Scandalous Books'

The UL has a rich array of books and objects on display this term, to view in person and online. Curious Objects takes a look at the lighter side of collecting with a selection of some of the more unusual items acquired by the Library over the years (Milstein Exhibition Centre), while the Entrance Hall boasts a display of 'Scandalous and libellous books' normally kept well hidden from view. Fans of book illustration meanwhile may care to peruse Fighting windmills: the many interpretations of Don Quixote, which includes contributions from former HPS visitor, and current CRASSH resident Dr Jose Ramon Marcaida.
