Printing, Scanning, & Copying
The Library has a multi-function device (MFD) for printing, scanning, and photocopying. You can use this device to copy and print in black and white or colour, A3 or A4, using the credit on your University print account. This device is located beside the enquiry desk at the Library entrance.
There is also a printer in the Old Library. It is connected to two unlocked, networked desktop computers. You can use this printer to print in black and white, A4 for free.
Please ask Library staff if you need help with the printing, scanning, and photocopying service.
Printing, scanning, and photocopying services are available to current staff and students of the University. Departmental Visitors (including visiting fellows, scholars, and students) and external Library users who need to print, scan, or photocopy should speak to a member of Library staff.
For information on printing costs, directions, and how to add credit to your University print account, please see Cambridge University Library's webpage on printing, copying, and scanning.
